Do I need a credit card for the trial?
14-day free trial, no credit card required. You are not charged anything during the trial, and the service stops at the end of the trial unless you subscribe.
How does renewal work?
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (every month for Monthly, every year for Annual) and you are charged the plan price ($39 or $390) each time, until you cancel.
Annual renewal reminder. On the Annual plan, we email you a reminder before each annual renewal, at least 15 and no more than 30 days before the renewal date, with the renewal price, date and how to cancel.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime, online. Use the cancel / manage subscription link in your Paddle receipt email, or email support@fedwren.com. No phone call is needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
What about taxes?
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, depending on where you are.
