Terms of Service

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Daniel Shimon Nachmani, operating as Fedwren ("Fedwren", "we", "us"), HaBanim St 7, Kiryat Shmona, Israel. By starting a free trial or a subscription you accept these Terms.

1. Who we are and what Fedwren is

Fedwren is software for private contractors. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the U.S. government or SAM.gov. We do not sell advertising or operate a job board, and we do not provide government services.

Fedwren is a subscription software service that sends a daily email digest of open U.S. federal IT contracting opportunities (NAICS 541511 and 541512) taken from public sources (SAM.gov and USASpending.gov). Each opportunity includes an automated GO / REVIEW / CAUTION indicator, past award winners at the agency, the days left to respond, and, for relevant Sources Sought notices, an AI-generated draft response for you to edit.

Limitations. Fedwren covers only the NAICS codes above. Public source data may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and we do not guarantee that every opportunity is included or that any information is accurate. We never submit anything to a government agency on your behalf.

2. Not advice

Indicators and drafts are informational only. They are not legal, bid, procurement or financial advice. You are solely responsible for checking every statement before you submit anything to a government agency, and for your bid/no-bid decisions.

3. Free trial, subscription and billing

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required for the trial. After the trial, the service continues only if you choose to subscribe. Subscriptions are $39 per month or $390 per year (see our Pricing page) and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Taxes may apply and are calculated at checkout by Paddle.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Annual renewal reminder. If you are on the Annual plan, we will email you a reminder before each annual renewal, at least 15 and no more than 30 days before the renewal date. The reminder states the plan, the renewal price and date, and how to cancel.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time, online, in either of these two ways:

No phone call is needed, and we will not ask you to call or talk to anyone to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period: you keep access until then, and you will not be charged again. If you ask for a refund within 14 days of your first paid charge, you will get a full refund of that charge, as described in our Refund Policy. After that, payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.

5. Business use and eligibility

Fedwren is for business use only. It is intended for companies and professionals who pursue government contracts, not for personal, family or household use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe, and if you use Fedwren for a company you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

6. Acceptable use

One subscription per company. You may not resell or redistribute the digests or drafts, scrape the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms (for example, by sharing or reselling the digests, scraping the service, or using it unlawfully). Where reasonable, we will first notify you by email and give you a chance to fix the breach. If we terminate your account for a breach, your subscription ends and future renewals are cancelled.

8. Intellectual property

You may use the digests and drafts for your own bids and internal work. Drafts you edit and submit are yours. The Fedwren software, design and brand remain ours.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will email subscribers about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
